The TD001G is an efficient and powerful brushless Impact Driver featuring multiple operation modes and has an excellent ability to perform heavy-duty continuous tightening. Constant speed control maintains fastening torque by preventing the rotation speed reduction caused by a decrease in battery capacity. TD001G has 4-speed power selection and 6 Assist modes (2 T-modes, 1 Wood mode, 3 Bolt modes). Improved bolt modes increase the convenience in tightening machine screws.

The machine also has a new one-touch bit installation. In order to prevent the bit from unexpectedly falling off, a more effective mechanism has been realised by increasing the spring load of the sleeve holding spring and by adding a coil spring to reduce the resistance against the insertion of the bit.

Delivers high torque of 220 Nm. Work amount on a full BL4025 (2.5Ah) battery charge. About 800pcs drove 65mm course thread screws. About 160pcs drove 120mm metal fastening screws.
